Changed your mind after receiving an order.
If you have received goods but decide you don't want them, simply contact us via email or telephone and tell us you would like to return the items, we will then expect the goods to be returned to us.
To return goods you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
It is your responsibility to pay for the goods to be returned. We recommend you use a courier and insure the goods in transit. If we receive goods that are damaged a refund will not be given.
The goods must be in a resellable condition. Packaging must be unopened and not damaged with writing or labels.
All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
